The journey of healing and growth does not have to be taken on your own.

Vital Mind Psychology in Cochrane, was founded with the objective of recognizing individuals as the primary authorities of their own lives. We aim to form authentic connections and provide insightful guidance for people of all ages to foster healing, personal growth and increased quality of life.

Psychological counselling provides an open space to explore one’s thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through therapeutic techniques and personalized strategies, individuals can gain insight, develop coping skills, and foster resilience. The changes that can occur through this process often extend beyond the counselling room, positively impacting many other various facets of life, including overall health, interpersonal relationships, and optimism towards the future.

Our Therapeutic Space

We’ve designed our counselling space to feel calm, welcoming, and inspired by the natural world. From the earthy tones to the soft lighting and living greenery, every element is chosen to create an environment where people can feel at ease and grounded.

One of the unique features of our space is our Zen Room—a quiet, comfortable area where clients can spend time after a session to reflect, journal, or simply pause before returning to their day. We have a variety of sensory activities there. It’s also where we hold small group sessions, workshops, and events aimed at learning, connection, and personal growth.

We believe that healing happens not just in conversation, but also in the spaces that hold us.
